  • The concrete is prepared by diamond grinding and/or shot blasting the substrate to achieve the proper CSP rating required for maximum adhesion of the coating of choice. All of our equipment runs with 3 motor HEPA vacuums to ensure a dustless working environment.

    Pressure cracks and pitted areas are repaired with industrial grade injection and filler products, specific to the required repairs of the concrete.

  • You calculate square footage by adding up the Length x Width of your space.

  • The main difference between DIY products & Industrial grade products is the percentage of raw materials in the coating. The majority of consumer based Epoxy resin products are manufactured with less than 25% raw materials, with the remaining 75% being acrylic (water based). Industrial/professional grade products on the other hand contain 100% solids, better sourced, raw materials. Compared to the mainly water based consumer product, the industrial grade coatings will not evaporate from the concrete, hence providing a much more durable and long lasting floor.

  • Typically, our installation process takes roughly 2 days (concrete preparation/coating installation) and requires an additional 24-48 hours of cure time prior to vehicle traffic.

    This timeline can sometimes be shorter when a one day system can be achieved, as well as longer due to vast square footage and necessary major concrete repairs.

  • Our flooring systems are designed to last up to and beyond 10 years with proper maintenance and care.
