POlishable

overlay

Our Concrete Polishable Overlay System is a thin layer of cementitious material applied to an existing substrate to enhance its appearance & durability. It can be mechanically polished to achieve a desired sheen, strength & exposure; making it a popular choice for revitalizing old or worn concrete floors. The polishable overlay typically consists of a blend of cement, aggregates, polymers & additives which are combined together to create your desired concrete characteristics. This system is a great alternative to the design set backs & limitations of traditional mechanical polishing, as the variables of concrete colour & exposure levels are much easier to control, while still maintaining the exceptional strength & durability of the mechanical polish.
